Years ago, I use to dream of living a much more fulfilling life, but did not know how to get there. I dove into personal development workshops, traveled the world, and read a plethora of self-help books. But my dreams always seemed to be not within reach.
What I can say today, after years of personal growth and curiosity, is that I did manifest my dreams and continue to do so. I can look back and see how I got to where I am today, which is living a much more meaningful and fulfilling life, and doing what I love, which is helping people transform their lives.
My dreams did come true!
All along, I was co-creating my life experience, but I did not know I was doing that.
As a result, I’ve come to understand exactly what we need to make our dreams come true – and it’s way more than just wishing for what you want and saying positive affirmations.
The most recent amazing thing occurred within the last year. I had this subtle whisper that kept trying to get my attention, that I needed to stretch myself on a larger scale, but I did not know what that looked like – or what it was – what was this whisper trying to tell me? Then the whisper became a voice and after some deep inner work, I got clarity.
My voice said I need to train and certify people in the cutting edge modality of Equine Assisted Life Coaching. I listened and it felt SO right!
As a result, I am launching the Equine Assisted Coaching Association – where I train and certify coaches, counselors, healers, leaders, and horse enthusiasts in the innovative and cutting edge modality that is emerging at very fast rate and being recognized around the world.
Over the years I have seen such amazing results that people have received from communing with horses and nature here at the self-discovery ranch, that I need to share this with others.
The world is shifting faster now more than ever, and there has never been a better opportunity than now for you to step in and manifest your own dreams.
From this experience as well as many others, following are 8 secrets on manifesting your dreams:
1. Love Yourself
Create time and invest in yourself, don’t put off until tomorrow. Really get to know you, your desires, your passions, what lights you up. What excites you? When you love and value yourself, then you know that feeling of being in harmony and bliss. It just feels right. Work through and release any anxiety, depression, anger, emptiness, etc. as you cannot manifest with this being the main focus. You need to fill yourself with love to manifest your dreams.
2. Follow your heart
Release the fears and self-doubt from the past, what others have told you to do. The fears and self-doubt shackle you and rob you of living fully in the present. Take responsibility for your life and follow your heart’s guidance and desires. If not now, when? Your heart speaks the truth and will never steer your wrong.
3. Identify what you truly want
Look at what is working, and what is not working. Take an assessment of what you would like to keep and get rid of. Be truthful. Is it job related, relationships, health…what changes need to be made?
4. Connect with your higher power
Learn to connect with your spiritual source on a regular basis, whatever that is for you. As you take that next step on your path, ask for guidance which can lead you into manifesting your dreams. Be open to receive and watch how it shows up, especially in serendipity.
5. Imagine it in the now
Imagine you already living your dreams, that feeling is in you. The way you feel and think co-creates your life. In other words, fake it until you make it. Imagine you already have whatever you want or you’re already where you want to be.
6. Be part of a like-minded community
You cannot get to where you want to be in life if you do not have some kind of help and support. No matter where you are in your life, you need people to help you reach your highest potential. A kind word, a warm hug, someone to listen. Being part of a group helps you to see things in yourself that you do not see.
7. Be unattached
As you co-create your life experiences and manifest your dreams, be unattached to the specific outcome. When you hold tight to the outcome, you are limiting yourself to receive what needs to flow in naturally. When you control the outcome, you stop the manifestation of honesty. Instead, trust that things are unfolding just as they should be.
Any kind of change will present itself with obstacles and challenges. Stay with it and ride them out. It will simply make you better able to handle situations as they rise. The most common regret that old people talk about and reminds us is that we only have a limited amount of time to live the life of our dreams. The common top regret is they wish they had the courage to life a life true to themselves, not the life others expected.
What will you do to start manifesting your dreams?
